14- Ephesus: What Went Wrong

Rev 2:1-7

1 “Write this letter to the angel of the church in Ephesus. This is the message from the one who holds the seven stars in his right hand, the one who walks among the seven gold lampstands:

2 “I know all the things you do. I have seen your   hard work and your patient endurance.

We need to stop and reflect at what Jesus is saying. Jesus is more concerned in what you do, than what you believe. Ultimately you do what you actually believe. James says “I will show you my faith by my good deeds.” 

If you partake in sin, whether it being a gossiping, sexual immorality, profanity, you are professing your real faith by your actions, or in other words the level of your maturity and growth in your faith.
